DISPUTES

Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the country. Distributor and Indian Digital Earning Assets agree that if any portion of this agreement is found illegal or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the reminder of the agreement shall be given full force and effect.

Limitation of liability; Sole and exclusive remedy; indemnification*

You agree that Indian Digital Earning Assets are not responsible for the success or failure of your business or your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company or our company products and or services

CROSS SPONSORING / CROSS RECRUITING

Cross sponsoring, cross Recruiting and cross line jumping are prohibited as per the complete terms and conditions and the distributor agreement.\cross sponsoring\ means soliciting a distributor or any closely related person or entity into a down line different from the existing down line for that associate, or a closely related person or entity. \Cross jumping\ means an associated or any closely related person or entity voluntarily taking a business that is not in the same downline as the one in which the distributor first was placed. crossly related person or entity \ is any person in the household of the distributor [ spouse, son, daughter, parents living in the same household] or any legal entity which is controlled by the distributor.

INCOME REPRESENTATION.

Distributor shall not make any income representations except those set forth herein or otherwise specifically set forth in official company material.

A Direct Seller Shall Not Use misleading, deceptive, and/or unfair trade practices. Use misleading, false, deceptive, and/or unfair recruiting practices, including misrepresentation of actual or potential sales or earnings and advantages of direct selling in their interaction with prospective direct sellers. Make any factual representation to a prospective direct seller that cannot be verified or make any promise that cannot be fulfilled. Present any advantages of direct selling to a prospective direct seller in a false and/or deceptive manner. Knowingly make, omit, engage in, cause, or permit any false and/or misleading representation relating to the direct selling operation, including the remuneration system, the agreement between the direct selling entity and the direct seller, or the goods and/or services being sold. NOMINEES

The company is also giving a nominee system here. In case of any miss happening, he/she can send his/her documents or by coming to the company office they can get the account transferred in his/her name by giving his/her documents. Which you must have given in your account. Looking at his activity, the company will give him the option to keep the nominee further.

Force Majeure

Neither Party shall be liable for damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement due to any delay or default in performance caused by conditions beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, government restrictions (including denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary licenses), wars, insurrections, and mechanical, electronic, or communication failures.

Counterpart

This Agreement may be executed as a single document or in one or more counterparts. Each counterpart, when executed and delivered, will constitute a duplicate original. All counterparts together will form a single agreement. The Effective Date of this Agreement shall be the date on which the last party executes their counterpart.

Declaration

You are required to provide your Aadhar number, PAN number, bank details, and complete mobile verification using an OTP (One-Time Password).
